Arrival & Assessment
Vehicle arrives at our workshop. Engine is inspected, compression tested, and any fault codes logged.
Strip-Down & Inspection
Engine removed, stripped to bare block. Each component inspected and measured for wear.
Machining
Cylinder boring, crankshaft grinding, head resurfacing, and block decking as required.
Parts Replacement
New bearings, piston rings, timing chain, tensioners, gaskets, and seals fitted.
Reassembly
Engine rebuilt to factory specification with calibrated torque settings.
Installation & Testing
Engine fitted into vehicle. Road-test and final quality checks completed.

We arrange nationwide recovery to bring your vehicle to our Essex workshop.
We strip the engine, inspect every component, and provide a fixed-price quote for the rebuild.
We machine, rebuild, install, and road-test your engine — typically 3-5 working days.
