Diagnostic Scan
Specialist JLR SDD/TOPix diagnostic equipment reads fault codes and live data. Any stored freeze-frame data is analysed.
Controlled Mechanical Tests
Compression testing, leak-down testing, oil pressure testing and cooling system pressure testing where the engine can be cranked.
Borescope Inspection
Through injector or glow plug ports: cylinder walls, piston crowns and valves are inspected for damage.
Oil Analysis
Oil sampled for metallic particles, coolant contamination or fuel dilution. Oil filter inspected for debris.
Strip-Down Inspection (where required)
Engine removed, mounted on stand, systematically stripped. All internal components inspected and documented with photographs.
Reporting & Quotation
