Inspection & Preparation
The replacement engine is inspected on arrival for correct specification and condition. Ancillary components are transferred, and new seals, gaskets and timing components are fitted.
Removal
Your existing engine is professionally removed. All fluids are drained, connections are carefully disconnected, and the engine is lifted out.
Installation
The replacement engine is fitted, engine mounts are torqued to specification, and the transmission is reconnected. All electrical, fuel, cooling and exhaust connections are remade.
Testing & Handover
We carry out a full diagnostic scan, leak check, road test and valet before handover.
