A performance engine rebuild uses OEM specification components for the specific SVR or SV variant. This includes SVR-specific pistons, rings, bearings and gaskets — not standard-spec parts. The calibration and mapping are also matched to the performance variant. For AJ133 engines, the supercharger is fully rebuilt with new bearings, oil, seals and coupler.
Do you rebuild the BMW S68 engine in the Defender Octa?
Yes. We rebuild the BMW S68 twin-turbo V8 fitted to the Defender Octa. This requires BMW-specific tooling and diagnostic equipment due to the hot-vee configuration. All components are replaced to OEM specification.

Do you rebuild the supercharger as part of an AJ133 rebuild?
Yes. As standard, we replace supercharger bearings, oil, sealing components and the coupler. This is included in the rebuild price — not an optional extra.
